At Refd Studio, we strive to provide an organized learning experience, and since seats are limited and reserved in advance, we clarify below the refund and exchange policy:

• If the subion is canceled three days or less before the workshop start date, the amount cannot be refunded.
• After the workshop has started, the participant is not entitled to request a refund or exchange.
• In case of absence, the subion is considered used and no refund will be given.
